For orders within the United States, please anticipate delivery within 10 business days from the date of your order. International orders can expect delivery within 20 business days. Please note that these estimates do not account for any potential customs delays, which are beyond our control.

Exchanges:

We understand that sometimes preferences may change. Therefore, we gladly offer exchanges for your purchases. Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds or accept returns. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer service within 28 days of receiving your order to initiate the process.

Warranty:

This warranty covers any manufacturing defects or issues arising from normal wear. Please note that the warranty applies only to instances where something has gone wrong with the jewelry due to manufacturing defects or normal wear. It does not cover damage caused by improper care, accidents, or any modifications made by third parties.

Exchange Process:

  1. Contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving your order, indicating your desire to exchange.

  2. Clearly state the reason for the exchange and provide your order number.

  3. Our customer service team will guide you through the necessary steps and request clear photos of the jewelry item exhibiting the issue.

  4. Ensure the item is securely packaged in its original packaging.

  5. Ship the item back to us, and upon receipt and assessment of the issue, we will process your exchange promptly.

Please note that customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe arrival of your item.
